As your commercial design partner, we will work with your team on projects that include, but are not limited to: space planning, construction documents, furniture specification, finish specification, window treatment specification, and installation.

Provide the yachting community with creative and functional custom design for yacht interiors. The decades of professional experience I provide upholstery, window treatments, flooring, finishes and décor selections to compliment your style. I am cognizant of the East Coast boating season and work within your timeframe to accommodate maximizing the season.

As a Specifications Consultant in Independent Practice, I work closely with design firms, owners and manufacturers to create written construction documents and prepare them for the bid process. Specifications for manufacturers are done per product in a 3-part spec format to be used as the basis of design. The predesign portion is done to select the appropriate products and materials per the project scope with a strong focus on LEED and sustainability factors.

I work through all phases of the project; conception to completion through planning with all the sub-contractors involved in addition to creating the budget, schedule, tracking all activities, working with the vendors and managing supplies while communicating all the above to the owner.

I work hand-in-hand with the architects, principals and owners to review the interior systems and the scope of the floor to ceiling design, looking at all aspects of the space to strategize the ideal plan for each project and budget.

Help to identify areas in the home that can be redesigned to provide safety for the homeowners as they age. I create an environment that is still aesthetically pleasing and functional so the client can live independently and comfortably taking into consideration the most up to date technology and mixing in the clients current items and décor preferences.
